All of our diaper caddies are guaranteed against defects for thirty (30) days from the date of the original invoice. To be used as our product is intended; the fabric liner must remain in the basket. SaraBear Company makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to other products sold on the SaraBear Company website.

 

You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to SaraBear Company arising from any product sold on the SaraBear Company website(s) shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall SaraBear Company, its owners, directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.

 

Product Disclaimer

Fabric colors and patterns may vary slightly from sample photos on the SaraBear website. Fabric colors can look different on various computer screens - if you have any questions regarding fabric color please contact us prior to ordering.

 

Weight of fabrics and exact colors of fabrics used in liners may vary slightly related to fabric manufacturing. Basket color and dimensions may vary slightly. The basket is hand made and exact measurement and color of the wood basket cannot be guaranteed.

 

The SaraBear Diaper Caddy is a combination of the fabric liner resting inside a basket made of wood or another material. The only suggested use for this product is with the liner placed intact inside the basket.

 

PRODUCT WARNING

SaraBear diaper caddies are NOT a child's toy.   The diaper caddy is intended to hold supplies needed for baby-care. Do NOT let children play with the basket/caddy or its contents or any baby care items.  The fabric liner must remain in the basket when used to store baby care and/or nursing supplies.

 

DO NOT USE THIS CADDY TO CARRY INFANTS OR CHILDREN! The diaper caddy is not a child carrier.

 

DO NOT use this caddy for storage of diapering supplies and breast feeding/breast pumping supplies at the same time. Breast pumping and storage supplies should not be near diapering items.

SaraBear Company is located in New York State. If the ship to address is located in the State of New York and New York City, we are required to charge the customer local tax on that purchase.

 

Shipping

At this time, we are unable to process orders to Hawaii, Alaska or International orders. Canadian and other international customers, please refer to the Find-A-Store page for a distributor in your country.

Please note that a P.O. Box is not a sufficient shipping address. A delivery street address and delivery telephone number are needed for delivery. We reserve the right to use other major carriers.

 

SaraBear Company is NOT responsible for damages occurred during shipment or at the Customs Border.

 

Orders ship from New Jersey via Federal Express (FedEx) Ground. Shipping and handling costs are calculated during checkout.  Our current ship time is 1 to 3 business days from when we receive your order. If an item is out of stock or on backorder you will be notified via email within 24 hours of the placement of your order. Availability of any fabric selection of diaper caddy cannot be guaranteed.  If a rush is required on an order please email us with this request.  Please carefully inspect your package and box upon receipt at the ship to address. SaraBear Company is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment.

 

Returns

If you wish to exchange an item for another style, you may return the unused item within Fifteen (15) days of original purchase. If you wish to return an item with a manufacturing defect, you may return the item within Thirty (30) days of original purchase. To obtain an exchange form and Return Authorization Number, contact Customer Service.

 

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which it was received. Once we have received your diaper caddy and determined its condition as unused and undamaged, we will process your exchange within 10 business days. If the item looks used or damaged we cannot process an exchange. SaraBear Company is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. The customer pays all costs related to shipping. Sale items are not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

 

If you made a purchase from a location other than the sarabearbaskets.com website, the return/exchange policy of the retailer from whom you purchased the product will govern your transaction. Items purchased from a retailer other than www.sarabearbaskets.com may NOT be returned or exchanged directly through the SaraBear Company return center.
